Can't remember the last time you fell asleep without replaying every awkward conversation, missed email, and tomorrow’s To-Dos?

You lie in bed. Physically. But your brain’s running laps. Sound familiar? Here’s the problem: none of the teas, trackers, or 37-step routines matter if your mind won’t shut up.

Here’s the truth: there is a proven way to turn off the noise.

And you only need two minutes.

Why This Will Work When Everything Else Hasn't

My Name is Will

I’m not a doctor.

I'm not a sleep guru.

Which means I don’t chase trends. I chase what works—especially for people who are exhausted and skeptical.

After decades in education, stress followed me home. Sleep got lighter. Mornings got heavier. And like most people, I tried all the usual advice. Apps. Tea. Endless “bedtime routines.” Lots of tips. Very little help.

Originally developed to help exhausted people fall asleep under pressure, this method focuses on training the body—not forcing the mind.

No gadgets.
No supplements.
No perfection required.

I tested it. Refined it. Used it night after night. Then shared it with others who didn’t want theory or fluff. They wanted sleep. Now.

It worked. Reliably.

So I wrote The 2-Minute Sleep Fix to share the exact method, stripped down to what matters, so you can use it tonight.

No fuss.
No noise.
Just a way to tell your body, clearly and calmly:

We’re done for the day.

Small but Mighty!

When I saw that this book was only about 5,000 words in length, I had my doubts about whether it would be worth reading. But, oh my goodness, I'm so glad I did. The author explains how to use a "military method" for falling asleep, which I've come across on the Internet several times in the past. (Needless to say, it didn't work for me.) But now I know why it didn't work, thanks to the author's explanations, which make total sense. Other than showing me how to fall asleep faster, this little book made me laugh out loud at every paragraph. So funny, so entertaining, and highly recommended for anyone else out there who's tired of being tired!
